TP-50V2 Tweeter Protector

The TP-50V2 is intended to protect your tweeters from electronic component failure, DSP software glitches or failures and erroneous crossover settings. The TP-50V2 will attenuate low frequency content from the amplifier and is only active below the crossover you implement in the DSP or the amplifier. 

The TP-50V2 will not protect against too much power above the crossover caused by bad gain setting procedure, an amplifier that's way too powerful or by clipping in a component in the signal chain. The TP-50V2 will not cause "phase issues" with the crossover because it is only active far below the crossover. 

The TP-50V2 is suitable for use with all Audiofrog tweeters. the TP-50V2 is not necessary when passive crossovers are used.
